I am trying to find information about what km interval the timing belt of a DKRF engine needs to be changed. This engine is fitted into my Seat Ibiza 2019 1.0 ecoTSI and i found some information that also the Octavia mk3 has this engine. If i am correct then this engine belongs to the ea211 family and i found one reference here in BRISKODA that the timing belt lasts 240 000km and after that inspection is needed every 30 000 km. Currently i have driven 107 000km with my Seat.

Does anybody have some more info?

I actually found it in a Polo service manual i found here. But of course any additional insights are welcome.

I changed mine at 309,000km.

I think at 107,000 you have many years to go before you have to worry
