So, I have a problem on my Škoda Superb 2016. It has the Canton System Audio, but it doesn't seem to be, working, because when I play some music, I don't hear any bass. It's just a clear sound without bass, without anything else. And on the sound settings, the Canton Surround is at level 9, the maximum, and subwoofer is also at 9, the maximum. And in equalizer, the bass is a bit higher, mid is a bit to the normal level, and the treble is in the same level as bass. And it doesn't seem the bass to work. I did some tests and the front speakers seems to have some bass, but the back ones just 0 bass. When I bought the car the audio system worked perfectly. Can someone tell me what is wrong, maybe a fuse, or anything else.

No I didn’t do anything coding to it, nothing was changed.

When I bought the car, it was working perfectly but now the bass in the back of the car doesn’t work at all, and the one in the front is working normally.

The speaker wire on the sub (in the boot) is very weak/fragile and is known to break.

Likely urs has a broken wire too and needs to b resoldered.

Can you help me find a tutorial on what wire, and how to open the sub?

I made a new test, apparently only the front passenger bass works, the driver side and full back side bass doesnt work at all. Also the system rarely starts but only for a maximum of 10 seconds

Read DTCs in 5F

Most probably you have B130C 13 or B130D 13

Back doors do not play bass, only midrange. Bass supposed to come from sub to backseat.

The bass is felt only on front passenger seat, in the back and driver, the bass is missing

New Update: So I removed the subwoofer and I repaired the cables like a saw in a tutorial on youtube, and it worked, but for like 10 seconds, and now is not working again. Any help, maybe is software related?
