Wow thats a bit cool innit...

Is it just the paint job that is different from the stock vrs?

Think their kitted up with all the options like xenons, heated seats etc

Thanks for the possitive comments! :D

They have xenon lights, heated seats and ESP instead of ASR (I think the others have ASR) - not entierly sure on the difference there though. This one also has cruise controll which was fitted by the previous owner (wrc-sixty-three was his username on here). Erm... think thats about it. Great bit of kit, so much car for the money! :D

So not any more power or different suspention? Just all the options...

 that would make it heavier then a stock vrs and a lot less rally style

Sweet Phil!

So which number is your car? We have one here in Dubai, #51.

Nice one

Hi Phil

Glad you're enjoying yourself in my car!

Look after her, won't you.... She's had a pampered life. As any of the members here who have met me should be able to tell you, I was pretty passionate about the vRS WRC - and treated her as she deserved.

Just please, please, please don't desticker her. She'd hate to be naked.

And when you come to think about selling - GET IN TOUCH!!! :D

Enjoy the new car mate. Have fun.

Hi Dan,

Thanks! And also many thanks for the help and advice you gave me prior to collection. The more I get to know the car, the more obvious it is that it's been well cared for.

I took it out 'properly' today for the first time down to York (over the moors) and back and all I can say is WOW! It feels very sure footed with loads of grip. Managed to average 40.2mpg over the 45 mile return journey with the use of the cruise control which I was really pleased with.

Don't worry about the stickers, they're not going anywhere. I'm going to replace the rear disks and pads tomorrow and possibly replace the CD player with my MP3 unit (not entirely sure yet as I like the factory look). The rear number plate fell off on the way home (looks like the garage put their own plates on - badly) so I'll be sticking that back on too. Otherwise it's been faultless and I love it!

Oh, I see what you mean about the headlights! I would say around 70% of the cars I passed on the way back tonight flashed me so I'm going to see about getting the alignment checked...

Other than those minor points there really isn't anything to do! I hope I can keep it looking as good as it does now for the time I own it. Will let you know when I want to sell before I advertise it but I plan to keep it for a good few years.
