Scala Monte Carlo Edition Ursa 18" Alloys

Featured Replies

We picked up our Scala just before Christmas and so far so good, touch wood. The only criticism, which some owners might not care about, are the Ursa 18" wheels. They are a great looking wheel but the collect water in a trough that runs behind the spokes that then has nowhere to drain. If you don't remember to get the water out before you drive off it flicks some of it everywhere. But the centrifugal force keeps the water in the trough just making the wheel dirty.

Has anyone found a way to stop this happening?

Whoever designed these why did you do it?

I have the same issue on my Superb.

My thought on this is that the trough give more structure integrity, allowing for a lighter wheel

However I have been wrong before 😎
