Big coolant leak

Today, I was unplesenty suprised with coolant leak. My motor is 2.5 tdi v6, does anyone have any idea what can it be?

It leaks really good. Especially when its cold. It flows down oil container, but cant see from where exactly.

Did anyone had same or similar problem?!
