Service warning still on after oil change.

Featured Replies

Hello team, i got my RS230 oil changed a few days ago by an indy shop. What i noticed was the service distance warning is still showing on turning ignition on and off and on the infotainment screen “oil change and service in next 10,000kms”

Im sure the distance to oil changre warning only appears closer to service and im not going crazy.

Does this mean the service wasn’t reset properly?

Pics attached thanks.

But what confuses me is it’s already ‘reset’. It’s showing 10,000kms or 357 days to next service.

IF you go to Vehicle-> Settings -> Service Information; it should tell you which one it is tripping up on.

It will be either unhappy with the Oil Service not being done or the Inspection Service not being done.

This is in itself a little odd as the service interval is, as far as I am aware, 15,000 km.

Oil change service and inspection'. Oil Service & Inspection Service can show as 2 different things. So a reset needed. Oil Service. Inspection Service.

This can be adjusted - from 10,000 miles to 20000 miles (long life servicing).
