VCDS coding for rear lights on with DRLs with auto lights (Not Scandinavian)

Looking for some advice. Have just got a 2019 Karoq, and looking to enable the rear lights with front DRL's (non Scandinavian). Used the following VCDS settings on my 2016 Octavia (filament lamps), can they be used with LED lamps or are there different settings to change.

Controller 09 - Central Electronics

16 - Security Access - enter 31347

10 - Adaptations

For rear lights only option, changed these 2 adaptations to a value of 'Tagfarlicht' or 'Daytime running lamps'
