Superb Mk4, L&K - ACC Disappear from assistant systems

Featured Replies

Hello Dear,

I have my Superb, 2.0 193hp, 4x4, L&K, since 18.03.2026.

Into the infotainment when i go in Assistance Systems the ACC Disappear and could not modify my acc to work by the sign refognition or navigation, like it is not available for my car... But on the steering wheel when i click on the assistance systems button i could only turn it on and off the acc, so in the case it reacts just like a normal acc but not predictive...

I report the problem to the dealer and Skoda Support and till now i was 3 times at the Service just calling me please come we have new guidance from the factory what we need to try (software) and no solution...

Any experience with this and solution?

For the sign recognition to work, you need all the privacy option enabled is my understanding.

Go into the settings on the display switch off all options (one tap) switch off for a few minutes switch back on and enable all the privacy options. It should work shortly after 🤞

Bobby,

As a last straw, I’ve asked the AI that I use occasionally.

The results are below, hopefully one of the recommendations will work for you.

To reset the AC system on your 2025 Skoda Superb, press and hold the AC button and the front defrost button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Wait until the lights on the buttons flash and you hear the system cycling through the vents, then release them. For the latest 2025 Skoda Superb (which features the new Smart Dials and digital climate controls), you can also reset the system through the infotainment screen or perform a hard reboot if the climate menu is frozen:Climatronic Reset via Infotainment: Tap the Menu button on your central display, go into Settings under the Clima menu, and select Factory Reset or Reset Climatronic settings.Infotainment Hard Reset: If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold the infotainment power button for about 10–12 seconds until the screen goes black and reboots itself.Manual Actuator Calibration: Turn your ignition on without starting the engine, turn the AC to "Auto", and leave it untouched for 1 to 2 minutes to allow the air blend doors and actuators to reset to their default positions. Here is a step-by-step guide to manually calibrating and resetting stuck AC blend doors:0:55VW / Seat / Skoda Climate Control Flap Calibration | AC Reset ...

Those instructions appear to be for AC (air conditioning). The OP's issue is with ACC (adaptive cruise control)...

Sadly, a typo on my behalf.

They should work for ACC. As full permissions are required for the camera data to be used 👍
