My Skoda App subscription renewal info disappeared

I use the My Skoda App and renew the subscriptions each year for Remote Connections and Infotainment Online. Under Profile is an option for Paid Services, which I'm sure used to list each subscription purchased along with the expiry/renewal date now all I see is Service Plans and Cubic Telecom.

Anyone else noticed this?

Same for me right now - cannot renew the subscription for varions (non-cubic) services that were active until last week - this from the app

Also if I log in the website (skoda coonnect), the message I receive is "No vehicle with Škoda Connect services is available for this account at the moment" - although I can see my subscription history in the logs of the same account
I contacted (via hotline) the Skoda customer support and I was told there is some outege reported and I should check again on Monday. I also received a detailed instruction on how to proceed if by Monday the issue isnt solved.

It sound like this:
"...Thank you for contacting us. We reach you through this e-mail, as we agreed on the phone discussion we had, few minutes ago.

We already mentioned what applies with the Web Shop outage, and in case that situation remains the same, we aks you to reply to this message and provide us the below:

1. Screenshot(s) of any error message or error behavior, along with the timestamp (date and time of the documented error).
2. Steps performed until the error appeared, and a small summary of current conditions.
3. Your phone type, brand and model.
4. Version of your MyŠkoda mobile application you are using.
5. Screenshot that will depict the main menu of your infotainment, specific the Globe symbol depicted on it.

As we mentioned we want to see what as well applies with the vehicle's connection, so we add all the required details we need. We will be waiting for your response to this message, and then we will decide what exactly should be our actions. 

If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please reply to this email. Please make a note of your case number XXXXXXXX

Thanks @Rbz5416 I was on version 8.11.0 updated to v 8.12.0 and bingo info reappears. I'm always wary of updating an App as there is always a risk of making things worse and not being able to go back
