Yup. All the wrong ones are ten a penny.

You can fit the newer 2 spoke style if you match the components (view, heated etc) if you already have newer airbag. You then just need a lin adaptor to convert the signals. I think they are relatively cheap. If you find a wheel you like then @Cairus is the man to advise on connections to make it work

Have a look at this guide. These wheels seem to be slightly more available. Not sure if there’s a heated option. And you will need airbag as well as wheel I think.

Of course, heated versions exist. I've even installed two of them. One with DSG in my manual transmission, because it only cost me €50 new and in its original packaging. I made that compromise. Then there's the adapter I built myself, my own version, for the correct function of the steering wheel buttons. The complete conversion, including the airbag, cost €230. I did the coding myself, of course.

Ah, sorry, you miss understand me. I am creating this list for everyones use, primarily i set it up for myself.

Nice guide, I think you’re missing the Alcantara covered flat bottom wheel, which comes with paddles. Part no. 565064241A GCW I believe.

Had one fitted to mine for a few years, needs a decent clean and brush from time to time, but still looks great.

Does anyone know if a ŠKODA karoq wheel fits a superb 3? It looks identical from the pictures. I would be looking to reuse my airbag from pre-facelift round wheel.

I found the same part number elsewhere too. It hadn't been previously picked up by my AI chart.

From my research:

Heated: ✗ — CWE on the 3V0 family denotes non-heated smooth leather (BGW = heated smooth; CWE = non-heated smooth on 3V0 platform)

I think I’ll take a punt on it. 3v0 part number tends to denote superb alike. Looks the same. Seems to have the same buttons. And a lot of wheels are listed for all mqb ŠKODA models.

You seem to have more choices than me certainly.

I have heated wheel, and the view button. (Virtual Cockpit ). Would like the DSG paddles, would really like perforated and or Flat Bottom!

The one I have ordered to try is listed for a karoq and part number 3V0419091AB. Without airbag so hoping mine will fit! But buttons and everything looks to be the same as my existing wheel just with dsg paddles added. It’s on free 30 day return so if it doesn’t work I can send it back.

The 3V0419091M that I ordered had the order cancelled as they couldn’t find it in their stock apparently.

The punt on a karoq wheel paid off. 3V0419091AB is identical to my standard 3V0419091L but with the addition of paddles. All installed and working with no issues. I guess most MQB wheels of the same general age/generation are interchangeable.
