Hello all.

Have taken my 2016 1.4 TSI in to local garage today for diagnostics after encountering some odd issues - all struck as me as potentially interrelated.

Was manifesting as: driving along, aircon on -

1. Console screen suddenly reads “Park Pilot is not available” for about a second or two.

2. Aircon turns itself off (AC light out).

3. Dash temperature display was not reading anything (dashed out).

4. Tyre pressure monitoring system error pings up.

All of this would then stop, aircon would be able to switch back on, carry on as before.

Then happen again, sometimes within twenty seconds, sometimes in an hour.

Garage has said they can only tell me the codes and what they are, rather than interpreting - so I figured I’d ask here to see if anyone could shed any light, or had something similar?

Codes are:

P060C00 (Internal Control Module Main Processor Performance)

P007000 (Ambient Air Temperature Sensor circuit.)

U112300 (Databus Error Value Received.)

B103F1B (Outside Temperature Sensor, Resistance Too High.)

C110300 (Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor - Misadjusted - I knew this one would be there as was previously diagnosed)

U111000 (Function Restriction Due To Communication Interruption.)

B10AF04 (Air Quality Sensor - Faulty)

Any advice/suggestions very welcome, please!

Have you checked the battery charge/condition ?

Sounds like a voltage issue causing module faults.

Thanks UndertheRadar: Battery is showing 12.4 before start, 13.4 when engine running. A quick google suggests this is low, but maybe not catastrophically so?

New battery time. Should be 14v charging. Low voltage drops communication between modules and that throws up a whole host of normally unrelated fault codes and lights. I did it to my wife’s kodiaq when scanning for fault codes at night with interior lights and auto headlights on. Panicked something crazy until I realised.

Also, new batteries require coding to manage the charging properly.

Certainly would recommend a proper battery load test being done.

Is the battery an EFB or an AGM that’s fitted ?
