Hatchback chrome trim across lights. How is it attached?

Hi

So I have a 2020 Superb Mk3 SEL hatchback with the chrome trim across the inner tail lights.

I need to replace the lights, which I would probably do myself but I am concerned about how the trim attaches.

The trim piece that I can see listed online appears to include the surround around the number plate lights and hatch release. It looks as though this would be screwed on but is the part that goes over the lights themselves held on by clips or adhesive?

If it is adhesive is it possible to remove and refit the original or would I need to buy a new one (appx £150 just for the trim I think.

Should I just chicken out and get my garage to do it?
