Can anyone out there tell me if a rear parking sensor can be replaced on an Octavia mk3 combi(estate) without removing the bumper ?

If the lower panel can be removed with the main part of bumper still in place how exactly is it released ?

Hoping to hear from someone who's actually done this as failed parking sensors are fairly common.

Thanks Jo88Mak for taking the trouble to respond. However the workshop manual illustration is very difficult to read as the text is small and blurred.

Nevertheless, so far as I can tell it refers to removal of bumper (which I suspected) and my original question was does anyone know if this can be done without removing the bumper?

Had to open the picture in a new window to do that - but it did work. As I thought, it refers to removal of bumper in a different part of the manual - so still doesn't answer my question.
