Will 'wrong colour' help?

Not sure I understand Mr Grumpy?

I like the fact its got the octy 16" vrs alloys. Nice touch but still keeps it looking oem.

  • Author

Thanks John, I like the 16" alloys, just a pitty they are VERY difficult to keep clean.

The car looks well, I like the wheels, but it's the wrong colour.

You asked for comments on how it looked, I was just being polite by replying.

Does this help?

Good morning btw.

( I really must start decorating )

Car looks spot on.

I had the 17" Octy vRS alloys and defended their size to you non stop  however if I was to do it again I would be after the 16's

Thanks for the Reply Mr Grumpy - I must admit I am a fan on Black Magic!!

@ Walkie, thanks mate. Funnily enough I always wanted the 16" alloys, but after having them fitted for a few months I wanted the 17" varients, but hey that's life!

Looking good mate - nice and tasteful IMO.

Might have to try get myself to one of the Yorkshire meets sometime and show you the blueflame.

What is ''an udder mod''?

Does it dangle between the rear wheels? Very nice car, and a great colour.

Does it dangle between the rear?

lol

I believe the udder mod has something to do with polyutherane bushes.

Thanks John' date=' I like the 16" alloys, just a pitty they are [u']VERY[/u] difficult to keep clean.

Looks really nice and those 16" wheels are great.

Do you have any details for the front splitter (price & part No ?)

Cheers, Jon.

Liking it - discreet changes to make it your own, but still an OEM look. Good work!

Not a fan of the rear mudflaps, but that's just personal preference...

Steve

(Note to self: must get some Beeza pics up!)

Thanks Ross, comments are much appreciated.

The cars in pretty much it's final form now.

Will do the Brakes, Renault Aero Wipers I think and the smaller arial from a Civic Type R.

Will do ... the smaller arial from a Civic Type R.

What's the score with this and removal of the std one - do you need to get at the headlining to get the old one out, or will it come out if you pull really hard?! :)

For info - the Honda stubby aerials can come from the any MY00-04 Civic, CRV and S2000. Dead easy to find and look good- had one on the Polo.

not sure mate, will find out though over the next few months :)

  • 1 month later...

Cheesy vRS rear brake light now fitted.

Mods still to come are Megane II wipers, vRS tax disc holder and maybe exhaust but I might just get a fancy tailpipe.

  • 2 weeks later...

One of the nicer Fabia's on this site IMO.

Love the front splitter mod and the wheels look spot on mate, nice example!!

Looks great, I think the front splitter finishes things off very well..... one of the best cosmetic mods you can do on the VRS in my opinion

Do I ??????

Thanks for telling me.
