Was there a 2.0 diesel engine available in Octy 1's (hatch or estate) or is it something that was only introduced on the Octy 2?

Maybe a mistake on the log book then.

The 2.0 would be a challenge to get in a MK1 Octavia due to the EGR cooler etc at the back. Would have to have custom pipework made up for the IC aswell etc. An under bonnet shot would confirm in a flash.
