My service indicator came on this morning and I wasn't sure if it has some sort of count down to zero miles or if it needs done straight away.

Its not on variable servicing and it a vrs octy.

I asked dealer when in about cambelt and water pump and he did confirm the change for the belt but seemed very surprised when I mentioned getting the pump changed at 5 years old and 42,500 miles.

Anyone any ideas on cost for a 40,000 mile service on the annual service schedule?

Usually a countdown from 1000 miles.

Worth getting the pump done whilst they do the belt, it's only about £50 extra. I'd guess at about £450 for the lot.
