Suspension query and some Rims

Featured Replies

First of all, can someone tell me the best way to tighten the handling on my Jabba'd 1.8T Elegance? I will not be doing any trackdays but I do like a bit of aggressive cornering from time to time :D . The set up can not be too harsh as my partner uses it sometimes. I am looking at a couple of options

  1. Upgrade both front and rear anti-roll bars
  2. Put on a set of progressive springs, lowering approx 35mm

Which of these would be the sensible and cost effective first step for what I am looking for?

Secondly, does anyone have a set of 17" vRS MK 1 rims for sale or know where i may find a used set.

Thanks

Braff

It is pretty well covered on here but my suggestions would be.

1. Eibach springs

2. Koni FSD dampers

3. R32 front ARB

The rear bar is a little more difficult as its a unique bar and as far as i know, no one makes an upgraded one.

Plenty of alloys for sale in the 'for sale' section.

Thanks for the tips

Is yours a 4x4? If not then I thought there were rear ARBs available?

Its not a 4X4.

Is the rear anti-roll bar on the vRS bigger than what's on the 150bhp
