Think I read that in the Autocar review, gives quite a different style of power delivery apparently. More lag then big boost, like early turbo cars.

Being an Audi I expect it has the TT arch liner mod.

It also has a higher voltage pair of clippers as standard, 14v as opposed to the normal 12v.

Very unlikely I would say. More likely to be a result of remap or other mods. If they were going to go down the larger turbo route, I would suspect they would want to have considerably more power than 240bhp.

That said it does leave room for a Cupra R model

I'm reliably informed that there will be no 'R' spec this time round.

Diddnt someone manetion VAG's high powered cars will soon be going down the super-turbo route? Imagine what they can do with a 2.0 super-turbo :eek:
