Must admit Im really disappointed in the engine / transmission line up! This would make a great car for Rachel with the big and high front door, to help loading her wheelchair. But theres no auto option (yes I know theres a 1.6 16v soon but want to see the figures)! They seen to have really missed out on VW's latest engine offerings, I can only hope that we might see a diesal auto or better yet the 1.4TSI with dsg!

Had a spin in the top of the range diesel Roomster.Not bad at all.Didn't appear to be any turbo lag and had plenty of go.

Quite nice inside too.

Jane wants to wait for the Yeti though.Does not like the look of the Roomster
