225/45/17 will fit perfectly, most of us with Octy vRS's run them, as they are cheaper than the 205's and give a bigger selection of brands, although I use and really rate Toyo T1'r's

Toyos are really nice tyres!!!Especially the T1-R..

I'w suggest to try Yokohama ADvan sport ifavailable in U.K.Nice tyre for street and track use too.

Are there any pics of the RS running pr standing on 225/45 17's?

Ps. to bad tyres don't use motorsport sizing (width / diameter tyre / diameter wheel): we could than also have a 215 with exactly the same diameter a 205, 225, 235, 245 (or actually 200, 210, etc)
