sometimes they ask you for the key number as well which is on a little plastic tag supllied with the car, if not you should be ok with the chassis number and proof on ownership!

I had the same problem and have one key left! There is as you know a small bit of technology in the key where the skoda emblem is (well there is on post 98 felicias) which is programmed to start the car.

On one of my keys the round skoda emblem fell out rendering the key redundant. There was however a tag connected to this with the key number on if a replacement is needed.
