Fabia radio change

Featured Replies

So is the Jury still out on this one? The powers that be say the amplifier is in the original radio, whereas there seems to be a few of you who say otherwise...

Right I've bought and fitted one of these PC5-52s today, and it's made a world of difference! I ended up using the output for the electric aerial on the radio so it just powers on when the radio's on. Sucess! :D A special note if you decide to get one from halfords though - get it off their website. Even with postage it works out cheaper than buying one in-store.

The connector on the back will be a standard ISO type connector. When using an aftermarket unit you normally have to swapp the permanant live and switch live around.

Thats pins 4 (brown & red) & 7 (blue & black) of iso conector A?

DaveF (being a bit worried!)
