I think it's a typo, and what was meant was :"...and warranty is not effective" as opposed to "warranty is not affected"

215 won't be possible without a bigger turbo, imho (unless they've gone pikey mod mad! ) and I suspect they're just passing on what the dealer has fed them....

Warranty not affected is a bold statement to make though and I'd hope no-one buys it on the strength of that!
