I'm after changing my cam belt soon and can anybody recommend or tell me where the best place is to get them from and if everything is included in the kit that I need?

I'm going to change the water pump as well I know you can get them with steel impellers are they a must or will the OEM water pump do?

Its for a 03 vrs with no mods at mo but will only aiming for around 230bhp for now.

With reference to another thread how do I know if my car is fitted with ESP or just ASR is it just as simple as saying ESP on the button on the dash rather than ASR.

I know i could do search but really don't have the time my 9 week old twins seem to know every time I switch my computer on and scream.

The ASR / ESP have the corresponding text on the button. So if it says ASR off, then thats what you have.
