New VRS Owner - what are the essentials

Featured Replies

Hi

I am due to take delivery of a 2004/53 Octavis VRS hatch on 1/11/06.

Loking at kit available I think the bootliner is a good purchase.

Any other bits of kit you would recommend:confused:

A remap :D:D:D

Depends on the specs of the car - I bought mine new and got various extras, but a retro fit cruise control would be a good idea if you haven't one as standard. Also the standard fit ICE on mine got removed very quickly. I also got a Cat 1 alarm fitted to complement the standard Cat 2 immobiliser :):)

HI there, my advice is that you save all your pennies and treat your vRS to a remap, I took my vRS to AmD at Bicester, It feels like a different car. Also I'm waiting on the delivery of a Piper cross Hi-Flow panel filter.
