How many ignition keys came with a new Octavia? Have seen some Octavias for sale with up to 4 keys, 2 flip type keys and 2 'service' keys. As I 'only' have 2 flip keys just wondered if I should have been given anymore?

I only got 2 flip keys with my 05 Vrs and no service key. Got the special number that goes with them for getting replacements.

Yeah. I bought my 02 Octavia from new, and only got 2 flip keys.

Me to, 2 Flip keys and a plastic strip with a code in.

2nd hand buy though.

I got mine second hand with 2 flip keys and no code so id better hope that i never need a new key coding

my 02 octy has 2 normal keys. and a plastic strip with number. thats what i got with it brand new. (well, pre-reg'd)

Same as MattBeef, but I can locate the original supplying dealer (who did the PDI, and the last service).
