There is a different thread on this somewhere (soz I'm about to start work again so haven't got time to search for it ;)) but IIRC the answer is NO as the offsets have changed, unfortunately

No they wont, the mk1 is 5x100 PCD, and the mk2 is 5x112 PCD.
