having fitted an alpine cd/mp3/ipod head unit into my vrs today what a pile of pants the ipod feature is great but the mw radio reception was very poor and full of interference any ideas why as i plugged my skoda one back in and that was fine please help:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

When I had my hands free kit fitted, the bloke who did the installation had a spare one and fitted it for me. The previous owner has fitted a pioneer head unit. but obviously never listened to the radio (must have been CDs and mp3s), as the radio reception was pants!

No, I meant 2nd from bottom. But that one looks like a good bet too...
