Can anybody tell me how to remove the inside of the boot lid on an octy RS?....the rear wash isnt working and the water is coming out from behind the boot lid cover:(.....i cant see how its comes out so i can see if the pipe has come loose and i dont want to force it!!

Forcing it is the only way - there are just a bunch of clips holding it in place.

I found it was easiest to start in one of the top corners.

Beware though , some of the clips are "ping-f**kits" - little bits of metal that launch themselves across the garage at high velocity

Pull the plastic out at the lock side of the bootlid, theres push in type fastners. Then the section nearer the window slides parallel to the window as there are metal fastners there.

Make sure you've time to put it back together as its a pian in the @rse, don't forget the pull handle .

You really need 3 or 4 hands to put it back!

think ill let the garage do it when its in for a service!!......thanks anyway everybody:)
