i have a skoda felicia glx 99 1.3 engine

when i am speeding in 3 gear the engine pistons... sounds bad

what can i doo

and engine sound rattly how can i fix that

and how can i buy the fog lamp from the driver side

the wheering steell is in the left side of the car

i happend to kno that in the uk the driver side is in the right side of the car

anyway, if it only does it i third gear i would suggest it's a problem with the gearbox

Try checking the gearbox oil level, When they run low on gearbox oil certain gears can get noisey, sometimes just a top up will cure the problem. Gearboxx oil level is checked using the speed cable drive follow the speedo cable down to the gearbox unscrew the collar that holds the cable in place and move it out of the way then undo the bolt near the speedo drive and move the retaining plate out of the way then pull out the speedo drive bit itself, wipe it clean then dip it back in its original hole then withdraw it again, measure the oil level from the bottom of the speedo drive assembly should be around 4-11mm there, quite likely on an old favorit that the levels too low to actually measure at all in which case top it up to the 11mm mark. (make sure vehicle is on a level surface before you measure the oil level )

As for the rattle noise, it will most likely be a slack timing chain. It won't snap, but if it annoys you get it changed.

u can tell what engine it is by looking at the skoda badge on the crank cover just above spark plug one if it is a yellow i think it is multipoint injection it tells you this in the haynes manual but mine is in my car several miles from here waiting to come home as it is buggerd good look
