Hi - dunno if the setup is like a fabia - but if you're only replacing the horms, you can just take out the old and put in the new - the relay is used if you are wiring in a second set of horns or your old relay is burnt out. The original horns have a relay already in place.

BTW if you're from Dominica - I have a friend out there from the Shillingford-Ricketts family.
