I have read and heard that Fabia vRS has deadlocks?

How do you activate these deadlocks?

Are they automatic?

When I lock the doors with the keyfob if you press it twice you (or I at least) hear another clicking is this the deadlocks?

Sorry guys but I absolutely love my vRS BUT the instruction manual is bloody cr*p

AFAIK the deadlocks are thrown automatically with one press. the second press unlocks them and deactivates the alarm.

My fabia has Dreadlocks whenever I play Bob Marley.....

I thought it deactivated the deadlocks and only deactivated the interior motion sensor for the alarm (i.e the doors opening will still set off the alarm?)

When Locking:

One click on the fob arms the alarm and activates the deadlocks.

Two clicks on the fob disables both.
