Knocking suspension over bumps

Featured Replies

You often get air over a hump back, although not ideal I would imagine if a vid camera was left running there owuld be a lot of cars doing it.

Look at the tyre profile: all wrong!

Maybe there was?

The lighting on the cars is consistent and the base photo in all 3 is different. If fake, there's been a lot of thought gone into it - from making sure the suspension looks dropped through to taking individual photos for each car. Attention to detail on shadow positioning is also spot on. If fake, they're top notch.

Why doesn't everyone get over it and just accept it was a bit of fun.

On the safety side why don't you go and re-read post #48

I know i can see both sides of the argument here but it's not like Shifty is some 17 year old kid driving a 12V corsa with all his ch4v mates watching now is it

And, if this were a real photo, would that make any difference at all?

You could argue that the MKII Octavia could cause more damage than a 12v Corsa.

The age of a wreckless driver has nothing to do with it what so ever.

Awesome photo/s!

Love reading all the do-gooder's replies :D Glad its not just me who doesnt really care what they're saying.

If I did that in my car, im sure the sump/oil would be all over the road on landing

I'm not arsed what anyone thinks to be honest. Most people are taking it for what it is :)

I used to get air over a local hump back in a non turbo diesel estate doing speeds well under the limit posted on the road.

As harry proved lots of cars doing it.....

Wonder if that 205 was a 1.6 or a 1.9 ;)

Thats what happened to myself and a friend when he got an Audi A4 1.8T to test drive. The dealer was not happy when we returned the car:eek:
