Loukas and me have fitted this gasket. It does work ... after a hard run you can touch the manifold and not get burned ... I believe it helps a lot our efforts to reduce intake temperatures.

uses 5kg co2 tank to lower temp of intake/fuel charge by to to 60%.can be expaned to also cool the intercooler and fuel bar.The intercooler sprayer sprays the liquid co2 straight into the intercooler fins.very impressive......

Interesting re-reading this thread as I have a cunning plan.... Using the principles of 'blowing' C02 or NOS across the intercooler I've got my hands on a device which will have the same result but uses chilled air at -40degC. Just need a 'spare' i/c to try it out on (refer to my other thread)

Hi Rich,it appears you want someone to convince you to buy a fmic,if so then all i can say is do it (just dont tell swmbo) :thumbup: ,not speaking from experience as i dont have one but must admit its on my list of mods to do :D
