May I suggest a broker.....e.g. Carfile........basically they get your the lowest price they can from a UK delaer and then put you in touch with the delaer.

You pay no money to the broker...I think they get 1% (it's very low) of the sale price from the dealer.

So you get potentially the lowest price and see the dealer.

I bought mine from a suprmarket. I got a Fabia saloon in a Comfort spec, sourced from th Republic of Ireland. This is not available in the UK and has a few mor gadgets than the UK saloon. The engine is 8v instead of 16, but as I harldy use the car (6k miles in 2yrs 4months) it makes little difference. I paid about 3 grand less than the price of a UK saloon (and that includes paying for a warranty).

The downside is that the warranty is not as good as the UK dealer one, and strangely the central locking is not remote.
