When cars take over your life!!

Featured Replies

OMG, what the hell!! I am sat in my house and around me I have more bits of car than I have furniture!! I have only just noticed.

1. One set of standard suspension springs

2. Dog Guard for Fabia

3. 4 x Fabia Alloys

4. Two Spare tyres for Fabia

5. Parcel Shelf for Fabia

6. Now clean Fabia back seats.

7. Standard Air intake

8. Bent Strut brace (used for drying towels)

I have one Fabia parked in the drive, safe to say it is the most expensive thing in my life.

I have another dead Favoirt round the corner.

When does it end?! I have only been driving 2 years!!

Have you only just noticed?

;)

Sounds familiar :o

My house is like that too.

Looks like I'm a bad girl

my living room has a set of alloys and tyres in it.... and there was a back bumper there too, but I put that in the shed ;)

I think it'll end when you buy an expensive car, where you can't modify anything, and a little garage...only then your house will be clean and you wont care about getting air intake or suspension etc...:P

i've got all sorts of car bits kicking around at home, i suppose the time will come one day when i just throw it all out

my uni room has a rs bumper, a few spare airvents, door handles, a gear stick, a couple headunits.... a spare tyre! people walk into my room telling me its like a garage in here, i got my buckets and sponges and engine oil etc! where as everyone else seems to have a empty room :P

That's what I've done....would only get a remap/tuning box and that's it.

Do ahve some left overs from my Octy in the garage though;

4 x 18 alloys

SMIC

standard exhaust manifold for 1.8T

4 X injectors 1.8T

standard air box

8 standard speakers

standard HU

Must have a clear out.:o

Man, if only there were more women like you!! Appreciate the clutter that true car enthusiasm brings, rather than moan at us for it

I can't match these collections of bits, but I do have a working Octy and a broken Xantia.
