If you really want to annoy them back, pay the £10 waiver and then prang the car.

The dealer who last serviced the Good Ship Sporky only wanted £5 for the waiver. That seemed reasonable enough.

JKM in Portsmouth can do a great job on servicing at sensible prices, You might be able to combine it with a trip to the mainland.

Get the steering checked by an independant, if its faulty get the stealer to fix it & give him the independants bill, if he dosent like it take him to the small claims court.

Your a loyal customer as far as Skoda are concerned having bought somany cars so monday morning 9 am have a moan directly to skoda. Sounds like your stealer has the IOW captive market syndrome

I think it is fair to charge those figures for servicing, you would pay a hell of a lot for other services that you may need to use, or even indirectly use. Don't mechanics deserve decent wages for the job they do? There are plenty of jobs out there that charge alot more for a lot less.

IOW dealer does provide good service if you bought the car from him, but the prices are definitely too steep for buying cars.

VRS Furby, I was told by the owner they had been charged over £200 for a tyre fitted. I can only assume that included the whole wheel.
