I'm seeing more & more normal cars finished in white these days.

I'm not talking about the little vans or Transits, I'm talking about family hatchbacks, coupes, etc.

New Golf GTI - available in white.

Lad at work has a 350Z (well, actually it's an imported Fairlady) in white.

Just seen new Audi A3 in white & new Polo in white.

I used to have a Mk2 Golf GTI 16V in Alpine White - loved it.

I guess so, although white has always been popular in hot countries. In spain a lot of cars are white for example.

I definately think so......but only on certain cars which have trim to offset the main colour.

I was interested in an A3 Sportback..white with the Sky roof system (full length sun roof...I think is chromatic...change colour with the light...it was black nomrally).

Looked awesome.

I saw a White Porsche Cayenne the other day, looked ok but reminded me of some of the awful White 'bling' rangerovers they have on 'Cribs'.

oopppfffh! They look sexeh!

My little old Fabia is white, which I love because I know I have a much better chance of being seen by other cars and pedestrians especially at night. Plus people don't carve you up anything like they used to when driving a red "fleet coloured" car. Dunno what'll happen re that if suddenly lots of white cars arrive...

I think that's more to do with selling the cars on afterwards.
