Just been reading then on Seatsport about possibility of puttin pd160 injectors in a pd130 engine would this work or would the fueling mess up can someone enlighten me

It wouldn't be worth it. The PD130 injectors are good enough for 230hp.

160 injectors will make your car smoke like mad.

Actually the PD130/150/160 are the same :P

The PD100 has smaller ones. You can gain a fair bit of performance by swapping to PD150 ones if you have a PD100 engine

You need Race injectors based on the PD150 series to gain more fuelling that way, but you need a good mapper to keep smoke at reasonable levels.

Not worth it unless you are pushing high numbers for the engine AND have a bigger turbo AND other mods to cope with the extra power etc.

You also have the non-PD injectors, in which case it tends to be more worthwhile doing

check out kermatdi.com for a good deal on injectors - currently running at GBP410 for uprating your own PD injectors (less courier charges). You can order the regular TD injector nozzles alone in several sizes and they're cheaper.

The haynes manual has a useful section on removal and refitting....
