The point is, the driver of such a vehicle has an unfeasibly small wedding vegetable, and requires everyone else to know about it.

All old people, especially ones in Suzuki Wagon Rs that do 40mph in a national speed limit and 40mph in a 30mph zone.

Plus anyone who consistently goes 6-8mph below the appropriate speed for the road even if it is a straight road, clear and dry. They usualy drive Suzukis, old Volvos or that really cruddy City Rover.

So all vehicles if they aren't been driven in a way that suits me at the time I encounter them, regardless of make, colour or engine size.

i hate when people say a bloke is doing/buying comething to make for having a small **** when really the people saying it are just jealous, like the people that whine on about footballers getting paid too much. If someone offered you 40k a week to play a bit of footy would tell them you think its too much and would be happier on 40k a year?? if you answer yes then your a liar frankly as i(who has no interest at all in football would happily be paid 40k a week to try my best on a football field ) would jump at it.

if someone can afford to buy and run a hummer then fair play to them, why do many of us own 2/3/4/5 cars when we can only drive one at once? its the same thing, because we can!

Anything untaxed , uninsured or driven by someone without a licence. That should rid the roads of around 2 million cars I reckon.

i'm with you there rob, horses should not be on the road! you have to go super slowly and quietly past them otherwise they explode and the riders very rarely seem to notice/care/clean up the mess they leave either :(

I think you should have to pay road tax if you want to take a horse on the public highway.

My car doesn't dump poo out of its back end all over the tarmac for every other road user to drie through and/or try to avoid, we have a few riding schools/stables near us and once there was about a dozen horses all down one of the main roads of the town where i live, the traffic was backed up for about half a mile because of them so in reality Horses are actually adding to congestion and therefore destroying the planets evrionment.

Ill third the notion for horses off the road, I live in the countryside, and like using my cars as they should be.

I always remeber coming home from school one day in a mini, yes it had a center exit exhaust that made it a bit loder than standard, but minis are loud anyway. So as i drive down the road i drive everyday, there is a national speed limit road which i usually drove down at 50-60mph.

The day in question was no different, it was mid somer and bone dry, and i came around a slight bend in the road, just changing gear to accerlerate on the short stragiht in front, mid corner i can see there are no cars coming so accelerate, the car is at about 3000 rpm ish, and as i round the corner i can see a woman on a horse just after the corner on the inside so i couldnt have seen her til i was round the corner.

The next thing is i can see her in my mirror, having ago as though i was doing something wrong. If i knew she was there i would have slowed down etc, but i was driving the road as normal, and couldnt have slowed, and cut th4e engine noise til after i had passed her.

I wasnt speeding, i would guess about 50-55 at that point. So failing driving everywhere at no more than 30mph on the off chance i might see a horse what could i do?

Another vote for me would be volvo drivers, as this would get rid of most caravans too!!!

Go around corners at a speed appropriate to the visibility that allows you to stop should something be in the road. This could be a stray cow, a stopped car, a fallen biker etc.

Gets my vote. They are usually the ones that brake halfway round the bend too.

Drivers that go slow on the motorway so hgv's have to go in the middle lane
