Cheers for all the praise guys:thumbup:

The brakes have certainly been a real head turner, got them from Welcome To Godspeed Motorsport, give the guy there a call if you ever think of upgrading the one's on your motor's, he can be hard to get hold of, but he is fantastic at what he does!!!!!

335mm 2 piece discs with 6 pot AP's and Feredo DS 2500 pads for only

Nice car mate, what kind of bhp you pushing? does your speedo read warp factor 1,2 3 etc:P I was thinking of getting Tarox G88's slightly cheaper than yours, which by the way look amazing. How much of a gap do you have between alloy and caliper?

Simply Awesome achievement as are all of the big turbo converted Skodas on this site... particualrly like this one though cause it reminds me of my old vRS... mine wasnt anywhere near as modified but i have a soft spot for silver vRS'

One thing i would do still though, replace the side grilles on the bumper with the Milotec ones... will match up to the centre cut out beautifully.

Its a damm nice car. BUT hows the power go down on the floor??? Have you got uprated traction control or something??

The traction control was mapped to think its an Audi S3 (4x4) so it is much less violent in the way it cuts the power back, thus making it much easier to live with when giving it the beans.

A peloquin atb trick diff will also help an awful lot...once fitted. Until then its just a case of being very....very.....smooth with the right foot!!!!:D

Good fun though:rofl:

Is that through soft coding of the ABS controller in vagcom?

Haven't got a clue mate!

All I know is that when Mike at Jabba mapped it he said it wouldn't be so violent in the way it cuts the power back, it was the S3 programme or something or something like that which was installed....

Steve

Looking good Steve... you still enjoying the extra power

I am going to fit the exhaust this weekend that i bought from you months ago:O

Keep it up

I love the look of the front with the relocated license plate - how did you do that exactly?

Sharp car - nice work!

Steve

Sorry but your car is not longer unique. I've got the same milltek system fitted to mine now! My car had its first proper outing at the track day yesterday :)

Even with a LSD, you still need to go easy on the right foot in second (in the dry). Surprisingly little torque steer though, car does have a tendancy not to necessarily go where you want it to once the front wheels have lost traction though....

Cheers for the compliment!!

I cut out where the old number plate was fitted, and then modified the crash beam so the air flow wasn't restricted the FMIC, by doing this it also maintained some of the strength and rigidity in the bar....as well as having the FMIC fully exposed.

Reg plate was simply stuck on with double sided sticky tape after.

Lee,

It is a real nice system.... Mine has got slightly louder since having it fitted...which isn't a bad thing as it was very quiet when it arrived back from Milltek.

Glad to hear your beast is up and running:thumbup: !!! I'm very jealous...mine is getting there slowly, still waiting on the 6 speed diff.....
