Fabia VRS had it's day ?

Featured Replies

With the new one on the horizon (and these pictures giving a few clues) do you think the Fabia now looks a little long in the tooth ?

If I were considering buying the new Race Blue one, I'd seriously think i'd made the wrong decision regardless of leather and a CD multichanger. Wait for the new one.

Just been reading that in tesco's

the new fabia looks ****, the one above looks nice with kit and bits on but the std one will be nothing like it

That looks too much like a BMW mini for my liking.

"wait" was the important word in that first post.

I want one now, so am goign for what is available.

They say that that rear spoiler will probably make it to the vRS? Are they on drugs?

looks like one of those JWRC motors...the name escapes me just now!!...looks good but would have to agree that new hot fab will be nowt like that above!(....just like the citreon rally car looks great but when have you ever walked into a show room and looked at one?!!

k:)

new vrs will look nothin like that one i bet....

I suggest you all sell your vRS's now flooding the market driving down prices further then the great 2nd hand bargins will flow to me - here boy :-).

It's a Roomster underneath.:)

It's all very exciting but are we going to have all the guessing and rumours for a year until the official word is had from Skoda?

After all, they could decide to retire the vRS model for the Fabia altogether!

it looks nice but i dout the new vrs will look any way near as good. if it dose ill eat my hat (i havent got a hat yet but i would get one and eat it)

put the pics on here when it happens!!:D :D

the current vRS doesn't really have any of the styling details of the WRC car, so how would the upcoming version look anything like this rally car

I know what you mean, but.....

The front bumper and spoiler are rally "inspired"......

(and that somehow makes up for it??!!)

And the current Fabia IS an ugly car, lest we forget.

The current one has the aerodynamic properties of a brick :D

(and a smoked one at that  ) - that said, I'm quite happy with the idea of having it back soon

i had a smart roadster for a while it isnt that bad looking but it was brilliant to drive!

the thing is I feel the boggo fabia looks horrible but like the VRS, so i'm sure the same applies to the mk2 when the VRS model is brought in. By the looks of it (the options list , contrasting roof colour etc) the new vrs may be a little more out going without going to far.

looks nice but is mini looking
