to be honest ed, i'm liking the idea of having adjustables on the front and having a fixed height at the rear

unfortunately ed, i've decided not to mass produce them due to the fact that polyurethane is a pig to turn on a lathe

Try igus

Looking good, Tom. Glad you got the bushes made as you wanted them - which is lucky given your drawing is rather confusing

The hatching should be in/on the walls of the bush, not in the hole ;) And the vertical line through the "top hat" shaped one should not pass through the part when viewed in section (as your hatching implies). You could do with some tolerances on them too - given the .05 suggests that is a critical dimension!

Thats all ;)

yeah, i realise they are a little confusing, you are indeed right that there should be no hatching in the holey bits but when i inverted the colours to make them more web friendly they looked kack,, i appears also i seem to have uploaded the wrong drawings too, the dimensions on those are totally different to the ones i made:O

it's only 19.05 because that is 3/4"

Tom,

Is all well with Project Q-Felicia?! I was following this thread for a while but it seems to have dried up. I hope everything's OK - I'm really keen to see the finished outcome of this great project!

Strut brace is standard fit :)

or in skoda's case... 'doesn't fit as standard'

in all seriousness tho, his car is so much more fun to drive than a fabia even with a standard engine

apologies for lack of updates and pics folks but i still cant find my digital camera...

purchased a few of the vital missing pieces such as the air filters/velocity stacks and a few other bits ands bobs, the gearbox is back together now :o, waiting on a few parts from the skoda dealers, then the only part i need to find now is a clutch....

these little filters from itg fit over the end of the velocity stacks like socks and are held in place by cable ties
