I've got Weitec coilovers fitted to my vrs.

Weitec are part of the KW group so good quality.

I have my lowered about 30mm at the front and 40mm at the back.

Adjustable interms of height on car but dampness not adjustable.

Blimey i have enough trouble with worrying about the car being on the standard ride hight, never mind lowered.

Nah Its just looks proper when lowerd lvl like I wish, maybe it wont be practical but luckily where I live speed humps do not exist because I live in Richmond and no cars get stolen or raced here k thanx!.

Go for KW3's as they fit the Octy vRS alright, be careful with other makes as some have the wrong spring poundage for the car.

I tried to get Eibachs or Koni at the time, but both were wrong poundage, and ended up with the KW3's, and they really do make a difference.

Id happily go for the KW3's and stop being a wuss but they are like £1k for the full set up

KW3's are a grand and fitting is about what 300?

You can lower the front alot more but even with it lowered 30mm I have to be very careful with speed bumps in the area and kerps when I'm parking up!

The weitec kit is made especially for the octavia vrs and I purchased mine from revolution in gateshead.

Thats the only problem though :(

I think that i would loose too much freedom by lowering it, plus its not as though its on stilts to start with is it
