Done a search after my high level brake light first went dim now not working at all for removal ideas, but couldn't find anything involving a VRS Combi. I've taken trim off but the only way i can see into the apiture is prising it out with a screwdriver:eek: is that the only way:confused:

You will find that it is bonded in Blanchie. Had mine changed under warranty.

vrslen is correct they bonded in

the really tricky part in replacing them is that the old and new unit need to be taken apart and de/resoldered to get the cable through the hole.

I was advised lasttime that it is not a 5 minuet job!

I am about to go and request another one as again mine has water in it
