I think you'd be looking at a fairly high mileage 04 plate for that money - say around 50/60k?

If you could stretch any more there's loads of 05s around for £10,995 - if fight and have a good part-ex you could maybe get it to £9,999...

dunno mine has only done 39k and I paid less then £9k. That was a dealer too.
