can you get a pic up of what you want Bengie and i'll have a look at work

I think Ben is after the flat type washer thingy:rolleyes: that screws up on the welded stud on the floorpan, IIRC the stud does have a thread to it but not for any nut that i know of to fit it:confused: I will take a look Saturday Ben when you pop in for your alignment:thumbup:

Its not 'too' dissimilar to this Category-Thumbnails%5Ctn_MS35333%20Star%20Washer.jpg you should be able to pick up something suitable from an engineering factors/halfrauds, just measure the welded stud diameter on the floorpan.

But to be honest, Skoda should be able to help you, there will be a part number for it somewhere

the washer is slightly conical and is pressed on over the stud, the central wings locate in the ribs on the stud and you press it up to get positive pressure feeding back so it locks itself

sorry didn't actually notice that :o

knackered, time for bed me thinks.

Ask a different Skoda dealer.

Have gotten those retainer thingies from my local dealer with no problems at all.

I would say N907 965 02 - Clamping Washer

2 fitted at the rear near the spare wheel tray.

If the dealer should ask - Illustration 804-10

Hey, i might be able to help. I work for a company Baker and Finnemore and we maufacture...................................

push-on-fasteners.jpg

Im off all next week unfortunatly, but i could have a look for you on my return.

Might be able to get some sent over if you measure the diameter of the shaft it goes on. Might not be exactly the same, but same purpose parts.

Starlock Push On Fasteners from Baker and Finnemore
