BBQ'd car

Featured Replies

Due to my car's proximity to the BBQ's & campfire last night at the Brisky Spring BBQ meet, the car now is distinctly smokey inside.:( I've left the windows open all morning and when I got home I've left them open too, but the pong doesn't seem to be dissapearing. Has anyone got any ideas how to get rid of the smell? Or will it just fade with time?

TIA. :)

Drive out for a takeaway curry for tea tonight.

Fish and chips, lots of salt and vinegar tomorrow.

Sweet and sour something on Tuesday.

Garlic bread on Wednesday.

HTH :D

And give gains of around 10% in power ;)

I had a similar problem after going to Santa Pod with Bengie and Andy. Our disposable BBQ was a bit close to my car and it smelt of burgers for a while.

Soon went when the burgers had been through my system and the related gas passed.

Give the autoglym auto-fresh a go.

I think it's about

:iagree:

especially the spice flavoured one....

if you were that close, i would check the paint work to make sure it isn't blistered from the heat too

 Wasn't quite that close!! But the wind was blowing all the smoke towards it, and the doors were all open to allow it to provide the evening's music, hence all the smoke was flowing through the car.

Actually, I couldn't find my car keys this morning, and yes, I had left them in the car all night, on the drivers seat.
