What are the speeds like on it?

During the day I can max out our 10mb connection at work.

In the evenings it's a bit more variable - sometimes faster , sometimes down to about 5mb.

It gets stuff on there very quickly though , so I can get what I want at work in the day and have it ready for evening viewing
