Thinking of getting Xbox360 this week

Featured Replies

Got my Wii a couple of weeks ago and still loving it, however i find myself fancying another console too, for more of your "hardcore" games.

I had a quick go on a PS3 before i got my Wii and was having a go on a car racing game and thought it was excellent, but i am not sure what game it was? maybe Ridge Racer????

Anyway i have been reading on here a lot of people playing Forza2 on the Xbox 360 and it sounds awesome, a few people at work have it and say it is fantstic too.

I asked several people that i work with about the reliability of the Xbox360 too and all four of them that i work with have had no problems.

I do know of someone who has had an issue with his but he has had it "chipped"

One question though? Do i need to get the official Wireless adaptor to play online? It seems a bit pricey to me.

Any advice/opinions are much appreciated.

the 360 has a standard 10/100 ethernet port so you could connect wired out of the box, but to use wireless the only easy way is via the official wireless adaptor.

As Manny says, although wireless is less hassle..i do agree however that the adapter is a little pricey:thumbdwn: My xbox 360 has had no problems too (touches wood)

Forza 2 is a must, been playing it all week

My son has an Xbox360 and has none of the reported issues to press :)

My XBOX 360 has been fine so far, brilliant games on it. I really like mine.

Please buy one and be my friend.
